The only issue I have with it is that it plugs into the front USB port, as there is no rear USB port, and thus you need to disconnect it prior to charging controllers. This is fairly simple to do though, but must be done in two steps, one in the actual system, and two by turning the device off and unplugging it before plugging in the controller plug and charging the controllers, while the system is on rest mode. Once the controllers are charged, you simply plug the device back in, and no further steps are needed for it to start working again. Overall, it's pretty easy to use.
