Great chamber sealer

I bought this as a Christmas present to myself, having always wanted a vacuum sealer, but didn't know what kind to get. After some research I decided to go with the USVX as it can do Mylar bags. I was also impressed with all the helpful videos available. Tried it for the first time today - sealed several bags of soup, and some sliced chicken breast for stir fry. The unit worked perfectly. I can see myself using this much more than I originally thought - very helpful if buying larger family size packages of food and repackaging into "meal for 2" bags.

I'm very happy with this vacuum sealer. It is very well made and is a good size for me, not too big or small. It is easy to lift & move around and It can do an 8x12 mylar bag. Also love that it can do jars with a jar attachment. I previously own a Foodsaver an the Avid Armor is a significant upgrade.

I am loving my Avid

I am loving my Avid Armor Chamber Vac. It's nice looking, compact so it doesn't take up much space, light weight but powerful. Easy peasy to operate. I use it MANY times every day. I'd say that my only complaint, would be that it shows finger prints too much. I usually grab the edge with a paper towel to help avoid that!
