I like these leggings for weightlifting, they offer compression without being constricting. The waistband stays in place. I have a pricier brand that's from a popular line and those have way too much compression, this Avis pair is more comfortable and allows for movement. I also like the pockets. I'm 4'11 and these fit below the knee but are not quite a 7/8 look.
