This pouch has been really great for allowing me to listen to music hands-free. The pouch is lightweight, made of a stretchy material, and contains thin strips of reflective material on both the outside of the pouch and on the inside along the zipper. I have tried it on both average and a large and while the buttons at the very top and bottom of the average-sized phone's screens were a little hard to reach due to the border on the pouch, I was still able to access my apps. The large-sized phone was a tight fit, but the pouch worked very well for it. On the front of the pouch is a clear plastic screen protector. I thought that having the plastic would cause issues with touch sensitivity but I haven't had any issues with that. The phone pouch also includes a "+" shaped hole which allows you to use your headphones while wearing the pouch. One of my favorite things about this pouch is the inclusion of a second smaller zippered pouch that is perfect for things such as keys or for storing headphones. As far as the waist strap goes, I love that the elastic is thick and soft, with plastic adjustment pieces that are low-profile. There are limitations on the adjustment of the strap so if you are buying this pouch for a child under the age of 10 it may be too loose, however, I'd imagine for most adults this pouch should fit just fine. Overall, this is a really nice pouch and I use it a lot, both for jogging and for chores like mowing the lawn. It is comfortable and functional.

So this runners pouch is the best thing since sliced bread! Many of my atheletic pants do not have pockets and if they do having my earphones connected is a real hassle. With the Avia Runners Pouch, using your phone is very easy. You do not even have to take it out. It also has a place to run your wired earphones from the outside. It also has an extra small pouch for money or other small things. The pouches are expandable (stretchy) so most any size phone would fit. The belt is wide so its comfortable, doesn't ride up and move around. I would highly recommend.
