I have been on a weight loss journey for a couple of years %26 the medication I use tends to cause constipation. When nothing else helps unclog the works, this product is a reliable solution. It is not meant to be used regularly as the body will become dependent, so always stay hydrated and get adequate fiber intake...but keep this on hand just in case.
