These are like a coconut cinnamon churro. If you like those flavors together, you'll probably like these. I would prefer them to have a little more cinnamon flavor but I still like them enough to purchase them again. They are light and airy but super crunchy! The crunch is my favorite thing. I love the texture. They're organic, gluten free and vegetarian. A healthy snack with good ingredients.
