I bought the unit about two months ago and it makes my teeth feel really clean.really expensive but before I spent the money I researched it and was convinc d.if you buy the right bristles it runs about 20 bucks for the replacement heads and the unit costs about 100 but comes with one head.so I'm happy but I hope they come down on the price of the replacement heads.from what I've read the non nylon heads are no good,but I recommend it.
