we had to use 2 window units in the 28ft rv i purchased. the rv came with them but i didn't like the weight on the thin walls. i replaced 1 last year with this unit. I'll be buying the same 1 soon to replace the 2nd window until in my loft. i have no doubt 2 of these will cool our 28ft 5th wheel. over the past year, we use low fan even if we aren't using the a.c. keep the filters clean and you shouldn't have any issues. the cold air is very cold.

Great portable unit at a bargain price.

Bought specifically to run off generator when we lose electricity during a hurricane. This thing does not disappoint. Hoped it would cool my average size master bedroom and woke up to my teeth chattering. Opened bedroom door and it cooled my living room as well. Easily cools 800 square foot of my 1,100 square foot house. Probably would cool the entire house if floor plan was more open. At the cheap price I ordered another one just so I can cool the entire house. Truthfully it cools way bigger of an area than it is rated to and I keep my house freezing cold and this thing definitely keeps up. Don’t let the cheap price deter you from thinking quality isn’t there. This is definitely a bargain and way better than your typical Window unit because it’s portable and you can put it wherever you want
