I really wanted to like this product because the liposomal delivery is a great idea for better absorption. The individual packets are convenient and easy to take on the go. However, the taste is extremely strong and sweet, almost overpowering. If you're sensitive to flavors or prefer something more neutral, this might be a challenge to drink. I personally found it hard to finish a serving without mixing it into a large amount of water. If taste isn't an issue for you, this could be a good option for getting glutathione in a more bioavailable form. But for those on very clean or elimination-style diets, I would recommend checking the ingredient list carefully, as the sweetness and flavoring may not suit stricter protocols.
