a big bucket of quick oats. same as what you get at store just cost less and mire of it its 10 pounds, a 3 gallon resealable bucket. its human grade food, high quality, no chemicals added. a great way to start those morning with a full belly. 1/2 gallon store brand is $5 3 gallon for $20. thats a savings of $10 for same amount of store brand. bucket is reuseable, rubber sealed, stackable and takes little room. sturdy with carry handle. a great way to have a few months of healthy food on hand. i stock up winters worth for my family. add in a bucket or 2 of augason freeze dried fruit and breakfast for kids is set.
