Remove oxygen absorber and discard. 2. Add potato shreds to boiling water. 3. Simmer on low heat until tender. 4. Drain excess water. Use in recipes calling for potatoes or fry on well-oiled grill at 375°F for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown.

I have bought these potato shreds sooo many times. They are GREAT, Just add water wait, once they are rehydrated you discard any extra water. Put these in a pan with oil or butter, bell peppers maybe even eggs. These make great home fries. Why wait for an emergency? Use them on hot dogs or as a side with stake. LOVE these Plain out of the can. They are like thick potato chips. Ha ha YUMMM ♥
