Great shelf life
I was overall happy with this purchase. Plastic tub was shipped double boxed-inside one from the manufacturer, then placed inside Walmart packaging. There was no flour spillage at all in boxes although the tub had a very light film of flour on it when I wiped my hand across the sides. Could be from the manufacturing process and tub seems securely sealed. But, one less star for the doubt.

Good long term choice
Honestly I haven't tried this out. I purchased it as part of my long term storage food supply. It did come in a sturdy easy to carry and store pail. I can't imagine it not being good when it's used since it is basic flour and is prepared for long term.
