Intro to Product/Manual: - 2 Atom One hearing aids - 3 pairs of earbuds (one style) - (small, medium, large)(one style of earbud) -4 wax guard replacement tools -Cleaning Brush - Wall adapter and USB-C charging cable -Charging dock (does not have a battery inside to recharge the hearing aids) Inserts Included: - Getting Started Guide - Hearing Journey (3 weeks to better hearing) - Need Help Card (support materials and contact info) - User Manual for Atom One (always good to reference this when speaking with customers) SETTING UP YOUR DEVICE Fitting Your Ear Domes: Your Audien Atom One comes with small, medium and large sizes of Ear Domes. To remove an Ear Dome from your device, simply pull with enough force until it pops off. When attaching an Ear Dome, be sure to press firmly. You’ll feel a “pop” or “click” when it attaches. Be sure the Ear Dome is not pressed against the receiver, this can block sound and cause feedback. Adjusting The Volume & Switching The Listening Mode: Adjusting Volume: To adjust the volume, you will press the button on the back of the Atom One. There are 5 volume levels. The number of beeps signifies the volume. 1 beep for volume 1 up to 5 beeps for volume 5. There are 5 volume levels and your device’s default is level 3. When first using the Atom One, keep the volume level at the default level 3. Press the button to increase the volume until you find which volume level is most comfortable for your ears. Be sure not to turn the volume too high, as this can cause discomfort in your ears. Switching The Listening Mode: To change listening modes on your Atom One, press and hold the volume button for 3 seconds or until you hear a lower toned booping sound. The number of boops demonstrates which mode your device is in. Inserting Into Ear: The Audien Atom One can be worn differently depending on the user’s ear canal shape. Neither device is LEFT or RIGHT ear specific, ensuring a universal fit. Try inserting it into your ear: curving both forwards and backwards to determine which is most comfortable for you. Powering ON/OFF: The Atom One does not have an ON/OFF switch. The device will automatically power off and begin charging when placed into the Charging Case. The Audien Atom One must always be returned to the Charging Case when not in use. Otherwise the devices will remain on and drain the battery. Charging Your Atom One: The center light of the case glows red once it is plugged into power. The left and right lights glow red when charging then glow green when fully charged. This case does not charge your devices on the go. It must be plugged in to charge. Cleaning Your Device: Locate the Cleaning Brush from the accessory box. Remove the Ear Domes from your Atom 2. Use the Cleaning Brush to remove wax, dirt or any debris from both the Ear Dome and the device itself. Replacing The Wax Guard: Troubleshooting: Feedback/Whistling: To resolve this, lower the volume and increase it slowly. You may be accidentally putting pressure on the unit or obstructing the microphone while fitting the device. Do not worry. Once the device is secure in your ear, remove your hands and the whistling will stop. No Sound/Not Working: Fully charge the device, then try using it again. Be sure that both devices are secure in their Charging Case, making a firm connection. Remember that it’s expected for your device to NOT feel normal for the first few weeks. Focus on using your devices every day for a few weeks, and you will become acclimated to them.
Warranty
Warranty information
Audien Hearing's protection plan policy remains in effect as long as the customer is actively subscribed to and paying the $4/month fee for the protection plan. The plan provides the following coverage: If hearing aids are determined to be defective, the customer will be given a free replacement. If the hearing aids are lost, broken, or water damaged, the customer can purchase a new pair for the exclusive protection plan member price of $19 for the EV1, $24 for the Atom, $29 for the EV3, and $34 for the Atom Pro. If the product is returned new/unopened within 45 days of when the customer initially received their package, they will be refunded fully for the warranty purchase. If the customer uses their hearing aids and keeps the product longer than 45 days, the customer will be considered as having used the warranty and the initial charge is non-refundable. Audien Hearing will then cancel the warranty and the customer will no longer be billed for any additional automatic payments. This policy can be cancelled at any time by contacting the customer service team at support@audienhearing.com. Once the policy is cancelled, all protection plan policy coverage stops immediately.

Best Low Cost Hearing Aid I've Tried
I have tried several different kinds of inner ear and behind the ear, hearing aids. This one has been the best that I've tried so far. Sound clarity is good, volume button is essential for comfort, and it fits my female ear very comfortably. I can wear it all day if needed. Recharges quickly. I would buy again.
