In Florida, where it rains on a daily, I have yet to experience hydroplaning or loss of traction. Grips to the pavement well, has not really lost any tread in the 6 months that I've had them, and as far as noise level, they're actually relatively quite compared to the M/T tires I had before. You really have to listen hard and have all noise inside the cabin to be quiet to even hear a faint drone coming from the tires at higher speeds.

Quieter than expected

These are MUCH quieter than I expected. Like any all terrain, only a slight hum that I rarely notice (and that's on a doorless/topless Jeep). These are advertised as rugged terrain which I thought was more aggressive tread than all terrain...they are basically the same as all terrain. That's fine, but don't expect the tread to be between all terrain and mud terrain. The sidewalls look aggressive which is what I wanted. I've not had a chance to take them offroad or drive on wet pavement so no comment there...On dry pavement - they are just fine.
