In Florida, where it rains on a daily, I have yet to experience hydroplaning or loss of traction. Grips to the pavement well, has not really lost any tread in the 6 months that I've had them, and as far as noise level, they're actually relatively quite compared to the M/T tires I had before. You really have to listen hard and have all noise inside the cabin to be quiet to even hear a faint drone coming from the tires at higher speeds.

Best bang-for-the-buck mud tires out there

They seem to be good tires. They've got a good grip, even when the pavement is wet. I've only had them for a few days, so I can't comment on how they perform in the mud. As far as looks, they look good, but I wish they had white lettering on the sides like my Firestone mud tires had. It just looks better. Overall though these are a great deal.
