Small and easy to use
This is like the old fashioned ThighMaster from many years ago, but lightweight and much easier to use. It is very light and quite small, but still effective. It comes with a leaflet that shows some exercises, but really I find the most useful thing is doing 10 reps of this or that during the day when I work from home. If you are a serious athlete then this might not be for you, but for someone who just needs a little encouragement this is a useful thing to have.

This is a cool addition to my exercise routine!
I expected this to be different than what it actually is. Thought it was just for thighs... it's not! A nice surprise indeed. It comes with an exercise chart that included chest presses. It was the first exercise I tried and boy, it works! Versatile for more than just your thighs. Grab it if you are looking to tone.
