Small and easy to use

This is like the old fashioned ThighMaster from many years ago, but lightweight and much easier to use. It is very light and quite small, but still effective. It comes with a leaflet that shows some exercises, but really I find the most useful thing is doing 10 reps of this or that during the day when I work from home. If you are a serious athlete then this might not be for you, but for someone who just needs a little encouragement this is a useful thing to have.

Great tool to add to workouts!

I love my Athletic Works Multi-Functional Exercise Thigh Toner! There are several exercises these can be used for, not just thigh workouts! The foam is really soft and the resistance is at a medium level. It’s a great tool to add to your exercise regimen! Super easy to use, it comes with a pamphlet with some exercise suggestions. Love that it comes fully assembled!
