I expected this to be different than what it actually is. Thought it was just for thighs... it's not! A nice surprise indeed. It comes with an exercise chart that included chest presses. It was the first exercise I tried and boy, it works! Versatile for more than just your thighs. Grab it if you are looking to tone.

The Athletic works thigh toner really puts your muscles to the test. I used it for about 15 minutes and I was already starting to feel my muscles burn. There are so many ways to use the thigh toner. The five exercises that they say to try are the side press, seated press, supine press, bridge press and the chest press. I really liked the chest press because I could feel it in my arms and I love getting those more toned. I feel like it is pretty padded so it feels more comfortable while being used. It does come with an exercise chart to give you an idea of how many reps and sets to do. It tells you how long to do each set and how long you should rest before doing them again. I have found so far that lying on my back or in a chair works best for the leg exercises. The arm exercises you can do anywhere and feel like its working. I received the Athletic works thigh toner in exchange for my honest review and I’m very happy to say that it works great and I will be continuing to use this for quiet awhile.
