I bought these for my elderly dad. They look very nice. The quality seems great too, but the material is more like a nylon material. I had hoped for a cotton knit material. My dad complained of being too hot in them. The elastic waistband is nice. My dad says they are comfortable, other than being too hot in them. He is a big guy... 6'4" and about 275 lbs. If they were made in cotton knit, I would buy them all day long for him. : )
