So delicious I made Babka with this for the first time I should've used the Phyllo no but to be quite open. Walmart sends me the incorrect items 95% of the time and I actually don't complain about not one single one. I just learned a way to use it because I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but now that I'm voicing this it's quite freaking irritating especially when you wake up and you want some to go waffles and you get a text message from the Walmart people person hey hope you didn't need the waffles for breakfast?! Yeah buddy actually I was really depending on those delicious butter snack filled waffle for myself and not only myself my whole entire family. Thanks for the heads up. I guess have a blessed day God's real y'all bow down.

Being a connoisseur of Greek cuisine, I am happy to find this available when I am shopping for Philo dough. It is easy to manage if you follow the instructions, and most importantly, take care not to leave it exposed to air while not being applied or during a long application process. If you don't take care it will stiffen and flake before its time, like any good, fresh philo dough. My favorite use for it is in spanakopita (Greek spinach pie), and it is perfect.

Wow, the possibilities!!!!!!!!!! (note : this was a first time using this and I am not one to read instructions (thus the bicycle with leftover parts, lol) - so I failed to thaw this in advance. The box has two rolls so you don't have to use it all at one time. Once thawed, make sure you keep it covered or it will dry out and crack. Keep a moist towel or paper towel over it until you are ready to use the sheets. You will LOVE the outcome!
