Battery no charge/ slow shipping

The laptop would not charge and it was brand new out the box. I looked up Tom's of different solutions and non worked. It's very frustrating getting a brand new laptop that doesn't charge or work unless plugged in. The laptop itself feels bulky and the screen size looks somewhat small due to the borders added by asus. Overall very disappointed in this product and will not be making future purchases from Asus. Also walmart took 2 extra days to send my order it was supposed to arrive on a Wednesday and it did not arrive until Friday. If walmart cannot complete shipping times in the time they allocate they should not offer this type of service. This will be one of the last times I order anything online from walmart that I cannot pick up in store. Best buy received my order and sent out my order much faster than walmart did on my mew laptop.
