I cannot brag on these knives enough! They are sharp-looking, edged and what a price! One test of a knife is how well it slices a delicate tomato without destroying it to mush. No matter how thin the slice, this was accomplished effortlessly and precisely! Very beautiful knives, perfect fitting covers and very, very sharp. We spent twice as much for the three knives we currently have, but have to sharpen them often. These knives (so far) are crazy sharp and nice feel in my hands. CAUTION: They are SHARP, my husband found out the hard way (on his own). I let you know if they stay amazing.
