To avoid this, tilt your head downward while spraying; - Nasal discomfort or sneezing may occur right after use - Do not share this bottle with anyone else as this may spread germs. STOP USE AND ASK A DOCTOR IF - an allergic reaction, such as a skin rash, to this product occurs - you have severe or frequent nosebleeds IF PREGNANT OR BREAST-FEEDING, ask a health professional before use. Adults and Children 12 years and over: This product may be used either once or twice a day: once daily: use 2 sprays in each nostril or twice daily: use 1 or 2 sprays in each nostril every 12 hours; do not use more than 4 sprays in each nostril in a 24 hour period. It Works for Allergies
After reading that this reduces the viral load in your nose, where colds begin, I've decided to try it. I am around seniors every day and hope this helps in preventing colds. It does help with my allergies. It's odd though that the instructions tell you to bow your head when using the spray instead of tilting your head backwards. I believe this is behind the Pharmacy counter.

As an allergy suffer and pharmacist, I highly recommend this nose spray for nasal allergies. It works quickly and lasts. However it can cause drowsiness and has a bitter taste. It can increase CNS depression with mixed with other medications so consult your provider before taking and do not drive or operate until you know how it will effect you.
