I am glad that I finally found something that fits me as an obese plus size person. I am just upset that it doesn't fit properly around the leg so if there is an accident, it doesn't make it into the brief, it leaks onto my underwear and pants/shorts. The briefs are supposed to prevent that from happening.

Good fit, comfort, can sort of see under clingy clothes but I wear under soft bike shorts to reduce friction (my skin is fragile) and then they disappear, good absorbtion. Best price for this type of product. I use mostly for urine, as I have a constant drip. Can hold some soft stool, but if I am worried about diarrhea I line it with cut up coral fleece towel strips
