Assurance Men's Overnight Incontinence Underwear, S/M , Ultimate Absorbency (16 Count)

Absorbent products can be expensive, especially when you need to wear them full time to stay dry. Ive been using name brand incontinence products for many years, but the prices have increased so much recently that I was looking to try a less expensive option to see if they would work for me. A family member who also has incontinence and uses Assurance absorbent products recommended I give them a try. They are a nice gray color, so they dont stand out if they show above the waistband of my pants. They are stretchy all around and easy to pull on. They stay snug and hug my body even when I'm active. Although the padding is thicker than Depend, they don't feel bulky between my legs. They disappear under clothing and don't make me feel self-conscious when I wear them. The lining feels soft against my skin. They absorb urine very well and feel dry soon after wetting. I can wear them about 4 hours during the day before I need a change. So far, I haven't had any leaks, even though I wet pretty heavy at times. I would say they absorb leaks better than Depend Night Defense and are significantly less expensive. The odor control is very good. These made me feel secure and protected and I was happy to wear them. I recommend them for active adults who need absorbent underwear to manage even heavy urinary incontinence.

I have had to have three surgeries on my rectal area. First two were for a fistula and the last was a hemorrhoidectomy. These are far better than trying to bandage that area and they have certainly helped with the unavoidable accidents due to muscle loss in that area. I have not tried the big name brands yet and probably won't because these work fine.
