I buy both the full undergarment and these strip protectors. On trips to doctor or other outside destinations, use full undergarment for safety. But these are more comfortable and cost effective when a bathroom is always handy. Most of time, I didn't need them, but the 1 out of 10 times I did, was worth it. Fit good, stay in place with adhesive strip. Don't really feel them while wearing and no large Fanny bulge to ndicate a diaper.
