Best dose

I tried at first 1 cap but i did not notice any changes and i lift it for a while then i just wanted to give it another chance with 2 cap and there was a huge difference im more calm now and my stress highly decreased, also my mood know more stable without any swings, I should mention that im a doctor so my work can get very stressful with other thing in live , god im actually happier!!

Nice product

Great It's a good supplement. I really liked the effect, I feel the benefits. The ingredients in the composition are in good shape. I was pleased with the quality of the additive, and I also liked the packaging from this manufacturer. The taste and smell are neutral.
