I've been using this product for about 6 years on and off. I distribute a quarter size amount through my hair when it is wet and let it either air dry or I use it before I blow dry. I honestly think it has helped with to give me less frizz. My hair turned extra wavy/curly after menopause and it's been a learning curve but the As I Am products are quality with affordability
