The frame is well made and came in pefect condition. The plexiglass was damaged during shipment so I contacted their customer service and they were kind enough to send me a replacement which I was super grateful for! They replied very quickly and was quick to solve the issue. I highly recommend Art to frame to anyone!

I had ordered custom made mats from Etsy awhile back for my daughters' school photos and was looking for frames to fit the unusual size. I stumbled across art to frame online and was in awe of the variety of options they had for wood/ frame options. I had a tough time deciding Which frame to get but ultimately went with a whitewashed wood. I could not be happier with my purchase. The frames came safely wrapped and packaged and faster than I expected. The quality of the wood is great and the color is exactly as described. The frames compliment my white washed mat perfectly! I cannot wait to get them on display in my home. The hanging brackets are packaged separately and not attached to the frame, so you can hang in the orientation, etc that you desire.
