Overall I love it. Two things I dislike, but minor in useability, heat goes to set temp, for a few minutes then the pan cools down so have to raise heat a bit to bring heat back up. Second is cleaning. yes the base is removable, but it isn't all of it. Just the round disc leaving heating element and temp dial exposed and attached to wok pan. pans non stick coating is amazing! All needed is to wipe it clean with paper towel. Just like you do with a cast iron. I was surrised at the weight, hefty, solid and the lid also.

It's great for making stir fry, which I love to make. I like to have stir fry 3 or 4 times a week. It's quick and there are so many different possibilities for stir fry. You can have a different stir fry every time. Clean up is easy. I love that it's electric and you can use it anywhere you have an outlet.
