worth the money.

it cooks rice perfectly I got no qualms about it. I even heat soup in it and tried that oatmeal it worked pretty good. That's a little puzzling at first but just turn it on and leave it alone it has a rotating deal around an LED and didn't have a count down timer when it's through cooking and when it counts down and stops perfectly cooked rice I've tried long grain I've tried sticky rice and some rice for Thailand that's flavored tastes kind of like popcorn.

Perfect rice every time!!

This is the best rice cooker I’ve ever used. Read the directions and do what it says, rinse the rice and measure it with the cup they provide. It doesn’t make a mess by spewing foamy water all over the place. It doesn’t get crusty and brown on the bottom. It is literally perfect rice every time I love it!

Great cooker for 1 or 2 servings.

I'm glad that I decided on this rice cooker. I've cooked seasoned white rice (that I couldn't rinse) and old fashioned oatmeal and it worked just fine. Because I was cooking just enough rice for me, there wasn't any problem with starch build up at the steam hole. If I was cooking plain white or brown rice, I would rinse the rice first. I especially liked the old fashioned oatmeal because I could add my chopped apples after cooking, leave it on warm a few minutes and it doesn't overcook the apples. Cleaning the pot is a breeze because there is no rice or oatmeal stuck to the bottom of the pot. Cleaning the top is a little more involved but it's worth it. Be sure to read the instructions on how to clean the top. I also like that it gives you different cooking choices unlike other cookers that only have an on/off selection. The size is perfect because it doesn't take up a lot of space. I'm looking forward to trying out the steamer tray and other recipes for meats and vegetables.
