Armstrong Tru-Trac SU All Season 315/35R22 111Y XL SUV/Crossover Tire

I was skeptical since I was buying tires for my Jaguar. I've used PZero's before but it's got 110k miles now and I'll probably sell it. These Amstrong's are W rated and I'm impressed. Nice tire, not as much grip as the PZero, but pretty darn good.

I bought a set of these in the summer for my 20 year old "beater" with 260,000 miles on it. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but I figured that if the car died I wouldn't be sending expensive tires to the junkyard with it. I was surprised by how good they were. They're quiet, track well, and are very good in the rain. I was so impressed that last week I ordered a set for my "good car. " (6 years old with 58,000 miles on it,) Just like the first set, I have been impressed by them. They are MUCH QUIETER than the Continentals I took off of it. Last weekend (Thanksgiving weekend) we got some snow. Not a lot, 2" or so,. They did very well in it. I'm interested to see how well they do in the bigger snow storms, but based on their performance so far, I suspect they will do as well as the more expensive all-season tires I've used before. Don't be frightened by the price. They are relatively inexpensive, but very good
