My family and I have used Arms and Hammer for over 50 years and love the product for its many beneficial uses. I am short 2 months of being 100 years old and this product has and does help me many times with my digestive problems. A pinch of it in a small amount of bottled water helps almost immediately to restore well being to an upset stomach. Better than any probiotics I have tried. In addition it has so many other helpful uses as stated on its boxes. And the smaller sizes come in very handy for keeping them in every room when needed.
