So far, so good. Easy to assemble and sturdy when built. Seems to be of quality materials. I have gone on two trips already and I can say my bikes are secure and stable. I love how you can lock the hitch and the bikes with one key. One thing I have noticed is the screws that you tighten down on for the tire holder vibrate loose some. Make sure you check that every trip and if you are going on a long one you may want to check periodically. Manufacturer might want to consider a different design for those. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase. I feel my bicycles are secure and that is all that matters to me.

Delivered left in the rain inside in garage area out of rain. Box completely soaked both inside and out. After cleaning out all the water instructions were not where to be found along with any:all screws. No box for return which caused a problem
