Aqua Pure International REV32 32 oz Revive Phosphate & Algae Remover Chemical Green Swimming Pools

I was never able to use the Revive product, so this review is for Doheny's customer service not the product. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. I contacted them to inform them that the plastic piece that the hose attaches to was broke and I was in able to use the product. CS did all of their normal questions, documentation, etc. and informed me that a replacement was being shipped out that day. 14 days later I call CS again, go through all of the same hoops, and was told the same things as the first time. Still no replacement! Tired of having to constantly follow up with companies like Doheny's! Will not go purchase another item from them. Save yourselves time, money, and the frustration and purchase from another distributor!
