Timely shipping, delivered upright, well packed.

Good build quality. Removable metal packing strap and plastic zip ties required a little ingenuity as the sticky insulating material on compressor spread to zip ties but is behind exhaust grate and in interior of unit. I used a long screwdriver to assist in the “unsticking” of the zip ties . That's a build issue, not a retailer packing issue. I attached collars to help with noise which reduces sound level to ~60 dcb. Working quickly/effectively so far.
