Think twice

The purchase two phones from this seller. They must have been refurbished. The phone want dial out, you can't hear people talking, it goes in and out. When my husband used his phone and making a call he has place his phones on speaker. These phones were broken before they were sent to me and this was money lost.Now I have to invest in two phone. I am so disappointed.

Item refurbished, not new.

This item is renewed/refurbished. Nowhere on the advert does it mention that so I was expecting a new phone. It also had a lot of signs of wear and tear, and was not even ‘like new'. Have sent it back for a refund and will update the review once this is finalized.
