What a great value for the price. The extra battery is nice to have but I can usually get my tiny yard mowed easily on less than a full charge. Was looking for a “girl lawnmower” and I highly recommend if that's what you're looking for or even just have a small yard.

I have a small grass area in my yard about 20 ft. x 9 ft.. I have a lawnmower which is kind of big and my trimmer broke. Replacing it with Black and Decker Cordless is the best thing I did. The lawnmower portion is not heavy duty but for my area, it is perfect as I can mow, edge and trim with one hand!

Perfect for my needs

Lightweight and easy to use. I found using it as a weeder worked best on my overgrown lawn. Once I got it down to a shorter height I used it as a mower to even it out. It's not going to give you the same manicured results as a high powered mower and if that's your thing then this isn't for you but I like that I can get to areas that a big mower can't and I love that I can just pop the battery in and it's good to go without having to mess with gasoline. I don't mind raking the clippings and getting a nice workout at the same time and again, if that's not your thing then skip this little city mower. Using it as an edger also works great. Each battery lasts over 20 minutes so between the 2 I had enough power to do the back and front lawns. Great for smaller lawns, maintenance and anyone who'd rather not deal with using gas.
