Bought this during Black Friday online and did a next day pick up from a local Supercenter, This is my first MacBook and the ease of use in conjunction with my other Apple products is next level, coming from using HP laptops navigating took a little getting used to but I'm happy with the ease of use and speed and will probably be stuck on MacBook computers now, I haven't had any issues and love my MacBook very much, even when I forget to turn the computer off and just close the lid the battery life has been amazing, I'd definitely recommend this, especially if you're already an IPhone/Apple user.

BUT AS FAR AS PRICE IT WAS GREAT THE APP KEPT HAVING TECHNICAL ISSUES THE ENTIRE 24 HOURS I WAS TRYING TO ORDER IT THATS THE ONLY DOWNSIDE! Delivery was quick and the driver was very nice!

Battery Did Not Hold Charge

I placed a 1 on the recommendation and "No" due to me purchasing this laptop on Dec. 5, 2025 for my wife's birthday. She opened the gift on yesterday for it to not charge at all and remain on 1%. The message that showed "Battery 1% Service Recommended Power Source: Power Adapter Battery is Not Charging". The computer was brand spanking new out of the box and should not have showed this message as it was the first time being plugged up and turned on. I ended up having to return the item and being that they do not sell MacBook's in store anymore, I am repurchasing the item at a higher price that I purchased it for. If my wife really did not want this laptop I would not be giving it another change due to fear of this issue happening again. As the saying goes "Happy wife... Happy Life"
