I first started taking juven in the hospital and then again in a nursing facility where I went for wound healing and physical therapy. they normally bring it with a 16.9 Oz bottle of water. but that's too much liquid, and it dilutes the taste. What I have found is I get a 12 oz bottle of Gatorade, at room temperature, drink a little off the top, add the Juven and shake it up real good. it Won't mix well if it's cold. combining the two gives you double the benefits. Try It!!

This worked perfectly for my mother, 93 years with a fracture shin bone and fractured fibula. The Nutritionist at the hospital had it on her menu while in the hospital and I continued when when she was discharged . This stuff is fantastic! My surgeon told me about it when I had a tummy tuck. He said that many of his patients really liked it. He just added one more to that number--ME!
