Hose problems

The faucet looks good and has nice water pressure, but the hose gave out after 4 years of use by just one person. Ridiculous.

Very average and poor instructions.

The installation of this is very straightforward until you get to trying to set the angle of the spray head. There is nothing in the instructions or online to tell you how to adjust the spray head's angle. It only shoots forward which is a little frustrating. I disassembled the attachment as far as I could and got to a point where the nut that needs to be removed, can't be removed because the nut is so thin and most existing tools won't "grab" on to the nut.

I am very pleased to hear that installing this unit was relatively straightforward and easy, although I am very sorry to hear that the hand shower mount is difficult to adjust. The mount for this model is adjustable and may be stiff after first being installed and I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. It may help to try to grip the mount with either a dish towel or a rubber gripper to get a better grip on the mount to make adjustments. Mount Won't Adjust Position

I am having the same problem as the previous reviewer. The mount for the shower head is completely stiff and won't adjust position. Based on the answer to the first review, is Delta saying the solution is to "muscle" it into place?

The screw which holds the mount may be overtightened which is preventing an easy adjustment. It may help to remove the plug and loosen the screw on the mount.
