The product was great for me for both me and my cats. this is the time year that some of my cats get a tear stain on their fur and a runny eye. The product did wonders on the light covered fur. it was extremely gentle. i had no problem cleaning little eye's in fact.....they purred the whole time. product packing was super. There was no problem lifting the tab to remove 1 wet towel. and i did say 1. i don't like a product that comes out several wipes at a time. This was a pull one get one, seal the package... clean the eyes and ears... toss the used one... it's done ! This was a super simple process where the product also very good. Yes i will be getting the product again to use.
