I love this soup
This is my all time favorite soup. Amy's is a great brand and this lentil soup is incredible. I am a person that likes to make my own soups and meals but when I found this soup it really helped me nourish myself without spending the extra time in the kitchen.

i dont v eat meat so this isca good substitute for lunch. it does have sodium and I would wish that it was a lesser amount but frankly nothing coming out of a can can be perfect and on days when i make this for lunch i pay extra attention to sodium in my other meals that day
