Amy's Frozen Meals, Three Cheese Kale Bake Bowl, Microwave Meals, 8.5 oz

I would definitely recommend this if you can't cook, or if you're just sometimes in a hurry for something quick and nutritious to eat. I really appreciate the NUTRITIOUS kale...However, it is really LACKING bread crumbs on top! What little there are, all fall off into the plastic package; and if you try to shake them onto the pasta, they stick to the plastic. That said, it is quite delicious! I get it at least once a month, mainly for the kale. The biggest downside is the price. You're going to get the same price with all of Amy's organic, frozen meals; if you're a vegetarian, or value organic food, you might find it's worth it.

As a sufferer of Celiac disease, this mac and cheese is one of the best gluten free discoveries I've made to date. Firm noodles, crispy topping, terrific taste - you seriously won't be able to tell this is gluten free!
