First of all , spinach ravioli is my very favorite. Not having to put the big pan on the top burner [full of water], bring it to a boil and all the remaining steps I grew up with are not needed! I only wish to have one portion and this is my solution! Amy's is the closest match to the Italian Sunday of raviolis, i grew up with -without the effort. Definitely the brand I purchase on a regular basis.
