This ravioli is a long time favorite! The tomato based sauce is delicious. The texture of the pasta is exquisite. The cheese inside the pillow of goodness is very good. To ensure that the pasta doesn't stick together, take time to separate everything after your initial cook and before the last minute of cooking.

As a vegetarian family we enjoy all of the Amy's entrees and soups. Always delicious, fresh, nutritious and veggie 😋 Value for money, better than most restaurant entrees. More affordable than purchasing ingredients and cooking from scratch. We are a family of 2 disabled mature adults with differing dietary restrictions and individual portions of meals we enjoy are really convenient.

I am not big on frozen TV dinners but this is SO good. I buy one a week they are healthy and organic also. I feel full and healthy when I eat it. Highly recommend, I cook mine at 4 mins. and 30 sec. and put Parmesan cheese on top! SO delicious, I wish Amy's made more Italian meals like these. Really good sauce too.
