Cotton Candy Extract WS

What a great extract flavor! I have added it to cake batter, buttercream, and royal icing, and it was great in all of them. It has a nice, bright, sugary cotton candy scent and taste. It is strong enough that just a couple of drops is needed. Great product, definitely recommend.

A Carnival Of Flavor!

I received my Cotton Candy Extract in a timely manner, but I haven't used it yet. I do plan on incorporating it into some Cotton Candy flavored macarons that I've planned to make in the future. And they way the aroma of it smells in the bottle....I can tell those macs will taste fantastic!!

True Cotton Candy Flavor

I think this flavoring is superior to other flavorings in that it actually tastes like cotton candy without a doubt. My one issue is I purchased this to make macarons but it did not work in the shell. Meaning I think the vegetable glycerin in the flavoring keeps the shells from drying out. However, using this in the frosting was perfect. I'm so happy with this purchase and will always buy this brand of cotton candy flavoring and will probably explore other products as well.
