Walmart will not install on VW Jetta

No issue with the tires however Walmart refused to put them on my car. They stated they didn't have the tools to put them on a VW. Their website prompted me to input my car information prior to scheduling an appointment and purchasing my tires. Staff informed me this was not new. They sent me off with a car full of tires not to mention staff was rude and very inattentive
