ordered tires but delivered some a different kind

the tires ordered were as this picture shows. i did not get those. i got some other kind. yes, i was disappointed but, i needed the tires very badly. i had two tires with punctures and cost wise it was more effective to use the ones sent to me. to patch the two wore out tires would have been about 50 to 60 dollars. the tires were to cost approximately 100 dollars. i will not do this again.
