Nice looking but lacked a seat and ring value to install

This item came to me broken. I had just bought a new house and was remodeling, and updating, so this sat to the side until I was ready to do bathrooms. When we opened the box, there were pieces of porcelain so my mother told me to start taking pictures. It was not packed well, there was no cushion to prevent breaking, and because it had been more then 30 days before I opened the box, Zappy's is refusing to refund my money. So, now I'm out the money for this toilet, the money for the new toilet I had to buy, and the money for the plumber who had to wait for us to go get new toilet. Sadly, after multiple emails to zappys explaining, they still refuse to refund. I am a single mother, with a severe medical condition and this company can't refund my $121, for the broke Product they sent me
